It is in the heart of the old town. Close to all attractions. A super market is under the building. The owner of the apartment is very helpful and easily accsesible
via whatsup. The bed is comfortable. All equippments needed in the kitchen are available.
Perfect apartment for a couple visiting Salamanca from its central location very close to main attractions. We had a fantastic time the apartment was great and very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.
This is a clean, comfortable, well-appointed apartment in an off-the-charts location. Prior to my arrival I looked at the location on Google street view and thought the building entrance looked little worrisome. I was so wrong. The apartment is in a high quality building a short walk from everything I wanted to see. La Casa de las Conchas is across the street, the Cathedrals a few minutes walk away. There is Carrfour Express market at the street level and cafes and restaurants all around
While the building entrance area is very busy, the apartment itself looks out on a quiet street so I had no noise issues.
The owner was warm and welcoming and always prompt with his communications.
Taking into account the reasonable price, the fabulous location, the helpful owner, and the good state of the apartment, this is rental is hard to beat. I feel very lucky that I got to stay there.
